Central KY Ag/Expo Center

Our facility is located on 160 acres just off hwy.127. We have ample parking and easy access to all vendor areas. We have a 70,000-square-foot building used for 94 vendor space rentals during the 127 Yard Sale. Each of these spaces is 18'x18'. This building has adequate lighting and roll-up doors to give an open-air market feel.

We also have two more vendor areas that are covered, have ample lighting, easy access to water and electricity, with additional parking. These shelters have 100+ vendor spaces available.

We have a night watchman on-site during the sale. Our concessions are open during the sale so cool drinks and a bite to eat are a short walk from the vendor areas. Restrooms are also located in our concession area.
