SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2026

THE CITY OF LIBERTY AND CASEY COUNTY HAVE DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY DUE TO A WATER SHORTAGE. BECAUSE OF WATER RESTRICTIONS WE DO NOT HAVE WATER AVAILABLE FOR CAMPING, SHOWER HOUSE, RV DUMP STATION OR REGULAR RESTROOM ACCESS. WE WILL HAVE PORTA POTTIES DURING 127 YARD SALE FOR 2026.


Our facility is located on 160 acres just off hwy.127. We have ample parking and easy access to all vendor areas. We have a 70,000-square-foot building used for 90+ vendor space rentals during the 127 Yard Sale. Each of these spaces is 18'x18'. This building has adequate lighting, huge fans, and roll-up doors to give an open-air market feel. We also have more vendor areas that are outdoors, and a few limited that are covered but not enclosed. These areas have lighting, some access to electric and water, and additional parking. We have a night watchman on-site during the sale. Our concessions are open during the sale so cool drinks and a bite to eat are a short walk from the vendor areas. Restrooms are also located in our concession area.
